Choose your experience
Which side are you answering from today?

Choose the experience that fits you. Changing your experience clears all five answers.

Different triggers, different next steps

In Ascension, the focus is on cues, feelings, needs, and early behaviors you associate with urges or relapse risk. In Anchored, the focus is on what brings up fear or panic, what remains uncertain, and what you need when that happens. Your answers can help you choose a moment to examine more closely. The score summarizes reported difficulties; it does not calculate relapse risk or measure safety.

Bring a specific moment to someone who supports you

T30 helps you record the cue, your response, and what you tried so you have something specific to discuss with a pastor, counselor, coach, or friend. Ascension connects that reflection with Check-ins, Significant Events, and Circle Check-In. Anchored connects it with Trigger Log, Quick Check-in, Emotion Journal, and Anchors. With someone supporting you, you can consider what may be driving the response and choose a recovery or grounding practice to try.

Assessment questions and answers

Which experience should I choose?

Choose Ascension to reflect on triggers, urges, and behaviors you associate with relapse risk. Choose Anchored to reflect on fears or panic after broken trust, your needs, and grounding practices. Changing paths clears your answers.

Does my score show how likely I am to relapse or how severe my panic is?

No. It adds your five frequency answers from 0, Never, to 5, Always. A higher score means you reported these difficulties more often. It does not estimate relapse probability, diagnose panic, or determine safety. A zero means you reported none of these five difficulties, not that future triggers cannot affect you.

Can T30 help me choose a grounding technique or recovery step?

T30 can help you record what happened, reflect on your needs, and keep practices you choose to return to. You can use those notes with a pastor, counselor, coach, or friend to decide what to try. The app does not prescribe a treatment or guarantee how a practice will affect you.

Do I have to share my journal to have that conversation?

No. You can refer to your own notes and choose what to discuss. Where sharing is available, you decide what to share and with whom. Empathy Journal and Emotion Journal entries are excluded from in-app partner sharing; exporting a PDF is a separate choice.
