T30 is for the partner who has been betrayed and for the individual on the path to recovery. For betrayed partners it helps to create the safety needed to do the work of personal healing and forgiveness. For the individual in recovery, T30 helps build the rhythms to live a holistically healthy and integrated lifestyle with those you love.
