T30 Journal · Secrecy & Honesty Check
Where is secrecy still winning?

Results appear in this browser tab. Printing or downloading does not submit answers to T30. Use Start over to clear your answers.

Optional: send these five answers, your experience path, and calculated results to T30’s assessment spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Requesting email also stores your email address with those answers and results in T30’s spreadsheet, and sends your address and results through T30’s email provider. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Disclosure, privacy, and unanswered questions
An apology may leave questions about what happened, which details are missing, and what someone is willing to discuss. This check offers separate question paths for the person rebuilding trust and the person whose trust was broken. Your answers describe your perspective; they do not establish whether someone is lying or diagnose addiction, compulsive sexual behavior, or infidelity.
Records that support a conversation
T30 can give you places to record your own account, keep questions, and choose what to share. It cannot inspect hidden digital habits, recover deleted history, or prove honesty or sobriety. Location and photo records do not verify digital behavior. Deep Journal and Significant Event entries start private, and eligible entries require a separate sharing choice.
Assessment questions and answers
Can this check tell me whether my partner is hiding something?
No. The Anchored path describes the uncertainty and disclosure pressure you report. It does not test your partner or establish deception.
Can T30 verify porn use, browsing, or deleted messages?
No. T30 records what people enter and choose to share. Location or photo context cannot verify digital behavior.
Will my answers be sent to T30?
Results appear in this browser without submission. Printing or downloading keeps them with you. If you choose online saving or email where available, a separate consent option explains what will be sent to T30 and its providers.
