Which side are you answering from today?

Choose the experience that fits you. Changing your experience clears all five answers.

Promises need something to return to

A commitment can sound specific during a difficult conversation and become less visible as the week continues. This check asks about keeping agreements, recording actions, and returning to a plan when something is missed. Choose the perspective that fits you; the two paths describe different experiences of follow-through.

Review recorded actions over time

Check-ins, Circle Check-In, and Insights can help the person rebuilding trust review a recorded rhythm. The person whose trust was broken can review information that has been shared and keep their own notes and questions. A streak, summary, or shared record cannot establish repaired trust, sobriety, or an action that was never recorded.

Assessment questions and answers

Does a Check-in streak prove follow-through?

No. A streak or Insights view describes recorded activity. It cannot establish sobriety, honesty, completed agreements, or repaired trust.

Can I see everything my partner records?

You can see information your partner chooses to share through the available sharing features. Private entries do not become visible because you are connected.

What happens when I change the experience path?

Changing between Ascension and Anchored clears the five answers. Going Back within the same path retains answers so you can review or change them.
