What’s New in T30: Repair Kit, Directory & Podcasts
Rebuilding trust after betrayal doesn't happen only in a weekly session or a planned conversation (most of the time). It happens at 11 p.m. after a fight neither of you saw coming. It happens when someone finally decides they need real outside help and doesn't know where to start looking. It happens in the fifteen minutes before bed when a person wants to hear from someone who's actually done this work, not just read about it. T30 was already built around the idea that recovery lives in the days between sessions, not just inside them. Three things just went live that push that further — a Repair Kit, a Professional Directory, and our podcast feature.
The Repair Kit is for when something breaks again.
Trust doesn't rebuild in a straight line. I wish it did like most of us probably. A conversation goes sideways. An old fear gets triggered by something small. Someone slips. The Repair Kit is a guided tool that walks each person through what to do next, on their own side — Ascension or Anchored — instead of leaving them to figure it out alone in the moment it happens. It doesn't skip the hard part or rush anyone past it, and it doesn't hand either person a script to recite for later. It gives both people a structured next step to work through when the instinct is to shut down, lash out, or go quiet instead. It allows the user to do the deeper work so that they can come together for a live conversation and work towards connection.
The Professional Directory puts real specialists a search away.
A lot of people reach the point where they know they need outside help and have no idea where to look, or don't trust a generic search to point them somewhere that actually understands this kind of recovery. The Professional Directory is a searchable list of addiction and betrayal specialists, built directly into the app — no separate search, no sorting through directories that weren't built for this specific kind of work. Open it, browse specialists in the field, and take that step on your own time instead of starting from a blank search bar and hoping the first result is legitimate.
The podcast feature brings outside experts into the app and is “recovery safe”.
T30 now curates a feed of podcast episodes from people who work in addiction and betrayal recovery every day — outside experts, not staff opinions. It's available right in the app, so hearing from someone who's spent years doing this work is as close as opening T30, not a separate app, a separate subscription, or a search through someone else's podcast library hoping to find something relevant. There are no ads from the player itself (still may be some in the shows, themselves). There are no videos. We structured it so tech and entertainment boundaries don’t have to be broken.
