How T30 Journal Supports Addiction Recovery

Recovery is built through small, honest actions repeated over time. Consistency as you will see in many of our posts is the name of the game.

T30 Journal is not a treatment app and does not replace therapy, sponsors, meetings, recovery groups, coaching, or professional care. It is a daily accountability and self-awareness system designed to support the work of recovery.

T30 helps people in recovery:

  • Check in honestly throughout the day with activity, notes, emotion, need, location, and photo context.

  • Build a recovery rhythm instead of relying on memory, vague intentions, or “I’ll think about it later.”

  • Notice patterns around emotions, needs, stress, conflict, isolation, cravings, relief, and progress.

  • Practice accountability by sharing selected check-ins, location drops, messages, nudges, and reports with a trusted partner, sponsor, spouse, or support person.

  • Rebuild trust with evidence through timestamped entries, GPS or manual location context, camera-based photo capture, and a clear check-in history.

  • Reflect more deeply with deep journal capability, significant events, and empathy journals when a longer moment needs more than a quick note.

  • Look back clearly through insights, reports, and exports that show what happened over time. You cannot change what you cannot measure.

A tool for daily recovery work

T30 does not promise recovery, prevent relapse, or replace real support.

It helps make the daily work more visible:

  • One honest check-in

  • One emotion named

  • One need noticed

  • One pattern recognized

  • One trusted share

  • One better choice at a time

Recovery is not just something you say you are doing. It is something you practice daily until…and here’s the cool part…it just becomes your way of living because of the freedom it gives you.

Own your recovery. Rebuild trust daily.
