T30 Journal professional directory
Directory terms, disclosures, and safety information
Effective and last updated: August 12, 2026
These terms apply to the T30 Journal Professional Directory, its search and filter tools, provider listings, “Trusted Resource” labels, links to outside websites, and the contact form used to send an inquiry to a listed professional or practice.
1. Agreement to these terms
By viewing, searching, filtering, using, or submitting information through the Professional Directory, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the directory or submit its contact form. These directory terms supplement T30 Journal’s Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with a more specific written agreement that T30 Journal has signed with you, the signed agreement controls only to the extent of that conflict.
2. What the directory is
The directory is an informational discovery tool focused on betrayal recovery, sexual-behavior concerns, partner trauma, relationship repair, and related support. It helps visitors find publicly available information about independent therapists, counselors, coaches, practices, intensives, treatment programs, educators, support organizations, and other resources.
The directory is not a health plan, provider network, credentialing body, licensing board, background-check service, referral agency, placement service, crisis line, treatment program, or substitute for professional judgment. T30 Journal does not practice medicine, psychotherapy, counseling, social work, coaching, law, or any other licensed profession through the directory.
3. No medical, mental-health, legal, or professional advice
Directory listings, summaries, categories, badges, filters, educational descriptions, and search results are general information. They are not a diagnosis, assessment, treatment plan, safety plan, clinical recommendation, legal opinion, or instruction to begin, stop, or change care. Nothing in the directory is a promise that a particular service, professional, method, credential, level of care, or recovery approach is appropriate for you.
Decisions about safety, treatment, medication, disclosure, separation, reconciliation, legal rights, financial matters, or other high-stakes issues should be made with qualified professionals who know the facts of your situation.
4. Emergencies and immediate safety
Do not use the directory or contact form to report abuse, imminent harm, suicidal intent, violence, stalking, overdose, a medical emergency, or another urgent safety concern. T30 Journal does not continuously monitor form submissions and cannot dispatch help. A listed professional may not see or answer a message promptly, or at all.
If immediate help is needed, contact local emergency services. In the United States or Canada, call or text 988 for suicide-crisis support. If you are outside the United States or Canada, use the emergency and crisis resources available where you are located.
5. Independent professionals and organizations
Every listed professional and organization is independent from T30 Journal unless a listing expressly says otherwise. A listing does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, supervision, ownership, referral, or clinical responsibility between T30 Journal and the listed party. T30 Journal does not direct how a professional practices, communicates, sets fees, accepts clients, protects records, handles emergencies, or complies with licensing and professional rules.
T30 Journal is not responsible for a listed party’s acts, omissions, statements, availability, competence, licensure, insurance participation, fees, billing, privacy practices, recordkeeping, advice, treatment, coaching, products, programs, facilities, or outcomes.
6. Listing information may change
T30 Journal reviews public websites and other sources to build and maintain the directory, but information can become incomplete, outdated, inaccessible, or incorrect. Professionals may move, change licenses, stop accepting clients, change their virtual-service area, add or remove services, change prices, leave a practice, or close a program without notifying T30 Journal.
Before relying on a listing, confirm directly with the professional or organization:
- identity, credentials, licenses, disciplinary history, and current standing;
- whether the person is accepting new clients;
- whether services are clinical treatment, coaching, education, peer support, or another form of help;
- whether in-person or virtual services are actually available to you;
- whether the professional may legally serve your location;
- fees, insurance, cancellation rules, privacy practices, emergency coverage, and scope of service; and
- whether the provider’s approach fits your needs, values, safety, and recovery goals.
7. Search filters, locations, and service labels
Filters and labels are navigation aids, not guarantees. “Virtual” means that T30 Journal found first-party information indicating some form of online or telehealth service; it does not mean that a licensed therapist may serve every state, province, or country. “In Person” means that first-party information stated or reasonably supported an in-person offering; it does not guarantee current office hours or availability. A physical address does not establish virtual-service jurisdiction, and a virtual offering does not establish nationwide availability.
Service and type labels describe publicly stated offerings in broad terms. They do not establish that a professional has a particular license, certification, specialty, or level of clinical competence. Always verify scope and jurisdiction directly.
8. What “Trusted Resource” means
A “Trusted Resource” badge means that T30 Journal has chosen to identify that resource as one T30 Journal trusts based on its own current knowledge, experience, relationship, or review. It is not a warranty, credential, accreditation, guarantee of outcome, guarantee of continued quality, or instruction that the resource is right for every person.
The badge also does not mean that the professional or organization endorses, recommends, sponsors, supervises, approves, or uses T30 Journal. Each professional is free to decide whether T30 Journal or any T30 tool fits the professional’s practice and clients. T30 Journal may add, change, or remove a badge at any time. Any paid or sponsored placement will be identified when disclosure is required.
9. No ranking or promise of fit
The order of listings may be randomized, filtered, featured, rotated, or affected by technical and editorial rules. Placement does not represent a clinical ranking, quality score, comparative recommendation, or statement that one professional is better than another. Search results cannot account for your full history, identity, safety needs, culture, finances, diagnosis, relationship circumstances, or preferences.
10. Your responsibility when choosing support
You are responsible for deciding whether to contact, hire, pay, follow, or rely on a listed party. Ask questions, check licenses with the appropriate regulator, review disciplinary and complaint information where available, confirm insurance and fees, and seek another opinion when appropriate. If a professional’s conduct feels unsafe, coercive, discriminatory, unethical, or outside the stated scope of service, stop and contact the appropriate licensing board, regulator, emergency service, or legal authority.
11. Contact-form authorization
When the “Contact now” button is available, T30 Journal has a private routing address associated with that listing. By checking the required consent box and submitting the form, you specifically authorize T30 Journal to:
- receive the name, email address, phone number, selected listing, and message you submit;
- process that information to route and monitor delivery of the inquiry;
- send a private copy of the inquiry to the selected professional or practice, including by blind copy;
- send a confirmation copy to the email address you provide; and
- allow the selected professional or practice to respond using the email address or phone number you provide.
This is a one-inquiry communication authorization. It is not consent to receive marketing from T30 Journal. It is not an instruction to the selected professional to provide care, and it does not require the professional to respond. A professional’s later communications and privacy obligations are governed by that professional’s own policies and applicable law.
12. The form is not confidential clinical communication
Do not use the form to send diagnoses, treatment records, psychotherapy notes, formal disclosures, medical images, payment-card information, bank information, Social Security or government-identification numbers, passwords, legal documents, or detailed information that could place you or another person at risk.
Submitting the form does not create doctor-patient, therapist-client, coach-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with T30 Journal or the selected party. No privilege or professional duty of confidentiality arises merely because you submitted a message. T30 Journal is not representing that the contact form is a HIPAA-compliant channel or that T30 Journal is acting as a HIPAA covered entity or business associate for a listed professional.
13. Privacy, security, and data handling
T30 Journal uses the submitted information to route the inquiry, send confirmation, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, protect the service, and comply with law. Details about T30 Journal’s handling of personal information are in the Privacy Policy.
No internet or email system is perfectly secure. A message can be delayed, blocked, misdirected, intercepted, accessed through a compromised device or account, or retained by email providers and the recipient. Use the form only if you accept those risks. If you need a professional’s secure intake process, use the contact method on that professional’s own website and ask how sensitive information should be sent.
14. Delivery, response, and availability are not guaranteed
A “message sent” confirmation means that T30 Journal accepted the request for delivery; it does not prove that the professional read it. Spam filtering, incorrect routing data, provider outages, mailbox limits, technical failures, or provider availability may prevent or delay delivery. T30 Journal does not guarantee a response, appointment, consultation, acceptance as a client, particular timeframe, service availability, or result.
If you do not receive a response, use the professional’s own website or another verified contact method. Do not repeatedly submit the same form or use the form for urgent needs.
15. Electronic communications
By submitting the form, you agree to receive the inquiry confirmation and service-related messages about that submission by email. The selected party may respond by email or phone. Standard carrier, text, or data charges may apply to communications sent by a professional. T30 Journal’s confirmation is transactional and may not be used to deliver unrelated promotional content unless separate consent and applicable requirements are satisfied.
16. Provider and listing-owner responsibilities
A professional or organization that asks T30 Journal to add, correct, claim, or remove a listing represents that the submitted information is accurate and that the requester has authority to act for the listing. Listed parties remain responsible for complying with licensure, advertising, telehealth, privacy, recordkeeping, consent, accessibility, professional ethics, and consumer-protection requirements.
A listed party may not imply that a listing or Trusted Resource badge is a license, accreditation, guarantee, or endorsement beyond the meaning stated in these terms.
17. Acceptable use
You may use the directory for lawful, personal discovery and legitimate professional inquiries. You may not:
- submit false information, impersonate another person, or contact a professional without a legitimate purpose;
- harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, defame, stalk, or abuse a listed party or another person;
- send spam, advertising, recruiting messages, bulk solicitations, or repeated unwanted inquiries;
- collect, scrape, harvest, resell, republish, profile, or combine listing or contact data for marketing, surveillance, lead generation, or another commercial database;
- probe, bypass, disable, overload, or interfere with rate limits, security controls, access restrictions, or service operation;
- upload malware or content that infringes privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights; or
- use the directory or form in violation of law, professional rules, sanctions, court orders, or another person’s rights.
T30 Journal may block, rate-limit, investigate, preserve, or report suspected misuse and may suspend access without notice when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.
18. Eligibility and minors
The directory contact form is intended for adults who can consent to these terms. It is not designed for a child to arrange care independently. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, involve a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult and use services that are legally permitted for your age and location. A provider may have additional consent and intake requirements.
19. Third-party websites and services
The directory links to websites and services that T30 Journal does not control. A link does not adopt or guarantee the outside site’s content, security, accessibility, privacy practices, terms, claims, products, or services. Outside sites may change or disappear. Your use of an outside site is governed by that site’s terms and privacy practices, and you assume the risks of leaving T30 Journal.
20. Intellectual property and permitted sharing
T30 Journal owns or licenses the directory’s design, original summaries, organization, code, filters, branding, and other original material. Provider names, logos, headshots, trademarks, and website content belong to their respective owners. You may share a link to a public listing for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy the directory at scale, remove notices, create a competing database from it, or use T30 Journal branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement.
21. Service changes, suspension, and removal
T30 Journal may correct, update, reorder, suspend, remove, or stop providing any listing, badge, filter, contact route, or part of the directory at any time. T30 Journal may do so to address accuracy, safety, legal, technical, quality, or operational concerns. T30 Journal does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular number of listings, permanent inclusion, or preservation of any feature.
22. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the directory and contact form are provided “as is” and “as available.” T30 Journal disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, professional quality, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage.
T30 Journal does not warrant that a listing is accurate, that a professional is properly licensed for your location, that a provider will respond, that an email will be delivered, that a service will be safe or effective, or that use of the directory will produce a particular outcome.
23. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, T30 Journal and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, or use; emotional distress; personal injury; treatment or relationship decisions; or damages arising from a listed party’s acts or omissions, even if advised that damage was possible.
This limitation applies to claims arising from listings, badges, filters, outside links, unavailable or inaccurate information, provider conduct, failed or delayed delivery, unauthorized access, service interruption, or your reliance on the directory. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
24. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T30 Journal and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the directory or form, unlawful or harmful content you submit, infringement of another person’s rights, or violation of these terms. This section does not require indemnification where prohibited by law.
25. Corrections, complaints, and removal requests
If you believe a listing is inaccurate, unsafe, outdated, duplicative, improperly attributed, or uses an image or mark without authorization, email info@t30journal.com. Include the listing URL, the specific issue, supporting information, and your relationship to the professional or organization. T30 Journal may request identity or authority verification before changing private routing information, ownership claims, or sensitive listing details.
T30 Journal may investigate and act in its reasonable editorial and safety judgment. Submitting a complaint does not guarantee removal, a particular decision, or a response within a particular time.
26. Privacy policy
The T30 Journal Privacy Policy explains how T30 Journal handles personal information. These directory terms explain the additional choices and risks involved in using the directory contact form. If you do not want T30 Journal to receive and route the information requested by the form, contact the professional through the professional’s own website instead.
27. International use
The directory may display resources in more than one country, but T30 Journal does not represent that the directory, contact form, listings, or services are lawful or appropriate everywhere. Professional licenses and telehealth rules vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply where you and the professional are located. The T30 contact form may be available only for selected United States and Canada listings.
28. Disputes and applicable law
Before filing a claim about the directory, please contact info@t30journal.com and give T30 Journal a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. These terms are governed by the law that applies to T30 Journal and the transaction or conduct at issue, without overriding nonwaivable consumer rights. Any legal proceeding must be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute.
29. Changes to these terms
T30 Journal may update these terms as the directory, contact process, law, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires another form of notice or consent. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms; a new form submission will be governed by the version presented or linked at submission.
30. General provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. T30 Journal’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without T30 Journal’s written consent; T30 Journal may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of the directory or related business. Section headings are for convenience. These terms and the referenced Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about use of this directory unless another signed agreement applies.
31. Contact
Questions, corrections, and legal notices about the directory may be sent to info@t30journal.com.
