1. Scope
This policy applies to Anchored by T30, T30 Journal, the partner edition features, and related app services that link to this policy. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the app features you use.
Account and identity information
When you sign in, we may collect your account identifier, display name, email address, linked sign-in provider, and authentication status. Sign-in may use Apple, Google, or protected account services.
Journal, reflection, and recovery content
You may choose to create check-ins, emotions, needs, notes, journal entries, Deep Journal entries, Empathy Journal entries, timeline logs, significant events, reports, custom prompts, safety-center content, resource interactions, and similar personal content. This content may be stored on your device and, if sync or sharing features are enabled, in protected cloud services.
Partner sharing and messages
If you connect with a partner, we may process invite codes, partnership status, partner identifiers, sharing preferences, shared check-ins, shared photos, shared reports, private partner messages, message reactions, unread state, and related metadata. Connected partners can access the content you share with them according to the sharing controls available in the app.
Location information
If you grant permission or choose a location feature, we may collect precise location, manually entered locations, location labels, timestamps, location verification details, location-drop data, and live-location session information. Location sharing is optional and can be disabled. Some shared check-ins, photos, reports, and partner features may include location information when you choose to include it.
Photos, videos, audio, and exported files
You may add photos or videos to journal or sharing features. Videos may include audio if you record it. We may process media files, thumbnails, watermarked exports, PDFs, and download or sharing links as needed to provide the feature you selected.
Device, app, notification, and security information
We may collect device identifiers, push notification tokens, app version, build number, subscription entitlement state, app settings, sync state, diagnostics needed to operate the app, and security-related logs. We use this information for app functionality, authentication, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, account protection, and notifications you enable.
Subscription and purchase information
Subscriptions are handled through the App Store. We may receive product identifiers, entitlement status, transaction identifiers, renewal state, and related subscription records. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Support, moderation, and reports
If you contact support or report content, we collect the information you provide, such as your email address, the report type, details, attachments, and communications with us.
3. Information We Do Not Use for Tracking
